T-Mobile, National Site Advocacy & Compliance Manager
With a career spanning 20 years in land use, Ayesha’s background includes seven years in the wireless telecommunication industry and 13 years in architecture and real estate development. At T-Mobile, Ayesha develops network siting programs and initiatives to provide a consistent corporate message, best practice policies, and education and training across T-Mobile’s 4 regions and 60 markets. She is an expert in local jurisdiction compliance, permit metrics and has led national studies on the impact of wireless telecommunication on property values and return on investment (ROI). As an architect and real estate developer, she has worked on multimillion dollar residential and commercial projects in every phase of development from concept through closeout. Ayesha is a T-Mobile “Winner’s Circle” nominee and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington. She currently serves on the advisory board for the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) Smart Buildings Working Group and has served on the Zoning Board of Appeals in Oak Brook, IL. Ayesha earned her Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
