The DEI Committee is responsible for recommending goals and action items to achieve our mission while staying true to the CREW mission of promoting women. The committee is dedicated to ongoing cultivation of a culture of inclusion and meaningful conversations about issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion that will expand members’ understanding and appreciation for all women regardless of their gender, gender identity and expression, race, ability, sexual orientation, religion, age, socio-economic status or educational attainment.
